Our Services
Community Outreach
We provide all manner of assistance in aiding individuals to live as independently as possible. For example support with every day tasks, shopping, cooking, cleaning, healthy eating, accessing the local community, help with employment and education, and most importantly to help build natural friendships within the community and with other support service users.
We pride ourselves in finding the relevant care for each individual, this could include companionship and having a friendly face to talk to, helping a loved one or family member to get out and about and increase their social activity. Exercise such as going for a walk, to the cinema, out for coffee, supporting service users to social events, appointments or meetings, even aiding to access a new educational course, a job application or interview.
We have experience of working with service users struggling with debt and/or addictions, so will encourage and assist with visits to doctors, chemist, support groups, meetings with professionals, probation or court appearances if required.
Supported Living
We provide supported living services across a variety of welcoming homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life. Our tailored support ensures residents receive the care and assistance they need while fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive community environment.
Animal Therapy
We are excited to be able to offer sessions which are exclusively available through the New Futures Support Group. These will be available to individuals and groups from Spring 2026 so that disadvantaged and vulnerable people have the chance to build relationships with animals and gain experience, whilst learning about them and how to look after them.
